Product Introduction
The hardness range of the material is 15-80 Shore A, with excellent resistance to high and low temperature performance(from -50℃ to +250℃), weather resistance, electrical performance, etc.
Applications
Products are widely used in electronics and electrical appliances, suitable for all kinds of keyboard, sundries, electrical wire& cable, tube, general O-ring, gaskets, seals, etc.
Product parameters
Fushite offers two types of solid silicone rubber: FST-80 series and FST-70 series. They are all fumed grade silicone rubber. They can be processed by conventional methods, such as extrusions, compression and transfer molding, or injection molding. They cure in heat and are ideal for manufacturing a variety of silicone rubber products.

The products in the FST-80 series has the high grade of transparency, excellent physical properties & yellowing resistance and good processability, which is better than most of the fumed silicone rubber in the market.

The products in the FST-70 series have the higher transparency and namely outstanding mechanical properties combined with high productivity, which can be used to make ultra-high transparency LED light strips, medical grade tubes

Addition of curing agent: 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane
Test piece vulcanization condition: 175℃×5min, post-curing condition: 200℃×4h.
