Product Introduction
FUSHITE silicone rubber is a kind of fumed grade HTV silicone rubber. It consist essentially of silicone polymers and fillers. It’s cured at high temperature.
Why choose our fumed silicone rubber
We used our own fumed silica FST-430 as the filler to the silicone rubber.
As you may know our fumed silica is our huge advantage, which can be alternative to Aerosil. Our FST-430 not only shows the excellent transparency, but also can show excellent mechanical properties.

Product parameters
Fushite offers two types of solid silicone rubber: FST-80 series and FST-70 series. They are all fumed grade silicone rubber. They can be processed by conventional methods, such as extrusions, compression and transfer molding, or injection molding. They cure in heat and are ideal for manufacturing a variety of silicone rubber products.
Suitable for the production of Extruded pipe, profiles cable and other conventional extruding and Calendering products.

The above data are based on the following measurements
Addition of curing agent: 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane
Test piece vulcanization condition: 175℃×5min, post-curing condition: 200℃×4h.
